Receptionist

The Company
As our client, a leading boutique real estate agency located in the Sacramento CBD continues to expand in all aspects of their business, we are actively recruiting virtual key team members to support our continued growth.

Role & Duties
This is a critical role within their organisation and as such, they are seeking a customer service focused individual with some previous experience in a professional environment. This role includes administration tasks using all aspects of Microsoft programs including, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.  As the first point of call for the company, both in-person and over the telephone we are seeking someone that can provide the following:-

• Owning the reception area
• Dealing with enquiries both in-person and over the telephone
• Providing administrative support to the sales and leasing team
• Providing administrative support to the property management team
• Delivering excellent customer service and client care
• Data entry and systems administration Assisting with some marketing

Skills & Experience
We value candidates with prior experience in real estate or construction, though it's not mandatory; equivalent roles in professional services will also be considered. Demonstrating five-star customer service and maintaining a proactive 'can do' attitude is essential.  You must be proficient in all technology applications and you should adapt quickly to real estate programs.  Strong capabilities in database management and a stable employment history are highly regarded.
