About the role

Reporting to the Accountant and working in a small finance team you will be responsible for supporting both the finance and management teams. Duties and responsibilities will include: 

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment receipting and reconciliation of debtors ledger
• Preparing monthly invoices
• Processing tenant rent reviews
• Assist with percentage rent calculations and processing
• Bank reconciliations 
• Manage the accounts payable process, assume responsibility for the Creditors ledger and reviewing open purchase orders
• Gift Card and Metro Card reconciliations
• General accounts and office admin tasks as required

Skills & Experience

We are looking for an experienced accounts officer, ideally with accounts receivable and payable experience.  Naturally you will have a strong attention to detail and be confident working in a busy finance environment. 

Strong Excel skills are essential and qualifications in accounting would be an advantage but are not essential.

Based in Burnside Village at Glenside, you will be amongst a major redevelopment currently underway on the property.  This is an exciting time to join the team! Please note this role is based in office full time.
