Executive Assistant to EGM Airport Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Executive General Manager of Sacramento Airport Operations (EGMAO) in supporting successful delivery of operational excellence aligned to Sacramento Airport’s strategic objectives. You will offer full support to the EGMAO and the Facilities Maintenance Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the EGMAO, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the EGMAO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prepare high-quality submissions/reports, presentations, and documents to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage and prioritise tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of projects and deadlines.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordination and planning of functions and employment engagement activities
  • Organisation of meetings, including the preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes
  • Provide high quality administrative support to the Facilities Maintenance team
  • Actively participate as a member of the Executive Services Support Group
  • Identify any emerging issues and events that need escalation and attention
  • Comply with WHS responsibility guidelines
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting high level executives.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Professional qualification (Diploma in Business or Secretarial and Office Administration or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of the Aviation Industry would be an added bonus to this role
