After two years in retirement, work was drawing me back again not out of financial necessity but for the sheer experience, enjoyment and challenge. I was particularly pleased and grateful for Josh Davidson' personal approach as my Starter Staffing consultant. Josh took the time to understand who I was and what my aspirations were in this phase of my life. She also carefully worked through my curriculum vitae which fortunately was still strong enough to attract employer interest. Josh was always available and empathetic. A positive working relationship developed between us and I had confidence that Josh understood my experience, strengths and what would interest me and represent me well to employers. The interviews Josh set up were all well chosen for what I was after and the background work she undertook for the interviews helped. Of course, such a positive and complete approach is bound to achieve success and in due course, I was successful in securing a role that met my aspirations. No small thanks to Josh.
